WOOL
Wool is the hair of certain mammals. Most wool comes from sheep and goats, but wool is also taken from camels, llamas, and special rabbits. Wool is a natural material.we use wool fiber to make carpet, rugs,flatwweave rugs and other things to keep warm. It is also usually used to make outer clothing but is also used to make blankets, socks, sweaters and fine clothing. Rabbit wool is called angora wool. Cashmere and mohair come from goats, qiviut from musk oxen, and other types of wool from camelids.
Natural fibers (HEMP or JUTE)
Natural fibers are plant based fibers, such as hemp, sisal, seagrass, water hyacinth or jute. They can be dyed in any color. Because of their natural look, a natural rug fits almost every room and style. Besides that, they are very durable, so ideal for busy households with small children or pets.
Rugs made of natural fibers don't give the same physical warmth as a woven rug. But they can be surprisingly soft underfoot. They are usually very affordable, but can be difficult to clean
BAMBOO, VESCOSE OR SILK
Vescose & silk is a common material for rugs, it is prized for its durability and softness. In colder climates it gives the room warmth, in warmer climates it can be cool
.As vescose rugs are strong and stain repellent, they are ideal for in living rooms, dining rooms and rooms with high traffic.
Note that vescose absorbs humidity, so it is not ideal for damp spaces. It can also be subject to fading when placed in too much direct sunlight.
RECYLED YARN (PET YARN)
PET carpet advocates report that because plastic beverage containers are made with top quality resins as required by the INDIAN Food Administration, recycled PET is superior to lower grades of virgin synthetic fibers used in making other brands of polyester carpet yarns. The dyeing method used for PET is less polluting and requires less energy to produce than other flooring options, and PET carpets have been tested and meet indoor air quality standards set by the INDIAN Environmental Protection Agency.
100% Cotton Material
Cotton is a very commonly used material for rugs. We use it to make flat-weave rugs such as dhurries and kilims. These type of rugs are completely flat (so no pile) and are quite sturdy, making them ideal for any room. Flat weave cotton rugs are very popular, since they can be made in various colors and patterns.
